I found an old (very old) passport this morning, whilst looking for something else.
I found that, looking inside, I first arrived in Dubai on the 3rd May 1983, something which, as I remember it well enough, was rather alarming to discover...

Scamp- what I struggle with is that people born in th 90's are actually old enough to drink alcohol- thats just not right in my head...

I know 88 is not much before the 90's but I agree.

Someone born in 1993 could be at the pub next to me, as you say; it's just wrong.
