Cooking Advice Please
I really fancy a snack my mum used to make involving corned beef and batter, the name of which escapes me...any ideas?

corned beef fritters.
Corned Beef – 225 gm, cut into slices 1cm thick
Plain Flour – 50 gm
Egg - 1, beaten
Milk – 2 Tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Oil – as required for frying
Mix together the flour, egg, milk, salt and pepper and beat to form smooth batter. Heat the oil in a pan. Dip the slices of corned beef into the batter and fry on both sides until crisp. Drain on kitchen towel and serve with mashed potato and vegetables of your choice.

Re: Cooking Advice Please
you can also do it with thick cut slices of ham....which is a bit healthier!!
