It's a gamechanger. Especially as we only really use it for the burgers with the sweet onions. That card has an element of subjectivity on it which has come through, too much mayo and it's poor, right amount and it's great.

You should just save the effort and buy the guacamole in a squeezy bottle, surely?

I've never knowingly eaten squeezy guac. It has a simply awful colour and texture.

But surely adding mayo gives it the same? I know I've said I'll try it but it's filling me with some dread.

nah, not really. you only add like a spoon, it just helps it break down a bit.

its only normally 1 or 2 (use fresh mayo every time) so not much waste in the grand scheme

I don't doubt it's delicious but the effort probably doesn't make it beat the convenience for the few times I have mayo.

I make it a lot so am quite practiced, but it normally takes me 4-5 mins while something else is preparing itself. Bottled Mayo really makes me wretch now :-)
