true but the UK still throws away about 30% of food. Maybe not off the plate, but due to having massive fridges that hold more food that can be used before it goes off... the extensive meat industry is in the news again today (albeit courtesy of Monbiot and via the Grauniad) in terms of how much produced grain it removes from the human food chain - not to mention the whole biofuels thing.

somebody gave me about 5 of them once.they worked in an off licence,the boxes had been damaged so it was just the silver bags.Dropped one on the kitchen floor..exploded everywhere.Gucci had just had puppies and they were all running around in it,drinking and getting pissed....never again.

My cat has just broken a plate and covered hubby's chocolate dognut in china he is in disgrace...Anyone want a black fur muff???
