Afternoon, me again,

I know this and my other post with questions don't really go hand in hand, but.... I fancy getting a colonic irrigation done.

Anyone had one done?

Apparently it feels weird but not painful and makes you feel a bit lighter, which would be nice...

There has been a lot of debate about the benefits, perceived and actual, of having colonics.

I have never felt the desire to have a hose up my jacksy, but girl friends have and have said that the cleansing feeling afterwards was wonderful and outweighed the discomfort of having the water solution sloshing around your innards.

They went to a spa up in Umm Al Qain for theirs, but it was a ladies only place.
