Haha the Croydon IKEA. Back when I could actually run, I'd run there from home in Greenwich and reward myself with a plate of meatballs or a hot dog from the cafe near the tills...

Wow- I could barely walk from the train to the shop.
I don't know anything about their coffee but they had little round biscuits with chocolate in between, a kind of Swedish Oreo but in reverse.....

It's about 11 miles the way I ran it - through Peckham to Camberwell, then down to Brixton, south through Streatham to Norbury and round to Ikea.

I'd usually run it in around 1:45.
