Christmas starts just as early here as in the U.K.. this time last year there was xmas displays in Deira Carrefour....

There's a shop full of Xmas decorations in the Jumeirah Centre - they were stacking the shelves last night... 10th of October. Jeez.

good God, I thought i'd left that tat in the UK.

Saying that, I'm going home for chrimbo so it might not seem so bad after all!

I remember working Debenhams over Xmas/NY in 1996... the loop on the songs tape was very short and incredibly annoying...:blink:

could have been worse... i worked for GAP on the weekends for 4 years, the only thing worse than a short looped tape with classics from sir cliff... is a short loop CD with american christmas songs

We could combine it with popping Beebee's cherry. Brunch cherry, I mean...

The Spectrum on One Brunch is great - free flowing Moet for 3 hours - but it's kind of pricey so warrants a special occassion...

Mina al Salaam, Al Qasr or Yalumba brunches are way better than Sepctrum on One...

what about brunch at Waxy's?

Mina & Al Qasr I've done, yeah they were great,too. Where is Yalumba?:confused:

And do they all have champers? I need champers with my brunch.
