Utter bollocks. Nothing to do with any car accident. Probably acute appendicitis but the western media will blame the heat in order to try and get the world cup rescheduled.

Acute appendicitis is easily spotted and then easily treated! Secondly, the one thing the western media don't want is the world cup rescheduled..... thats kinda the whole argument!
