When we left Dubai over two years ago loads of people said to us 'oh aren't you lucky, we'd love to leave but we have so much debt we can't . . .' Not lucky, just never jumped onto the look at me I've got loadsa money bandwagon tbh. I guess the situation is even worse now for lots of people. But now people are doing runners and leaving the debt behind.
