Cheap Cell Plan - Mobile - Riyadh ?
 

I'm due to be in Riyadh for 2 months (June, July) - should I buy the AT&T Passport phone plan or should I buy a cheap mobile phone+plan when I get there and use it for 2 months?

No idea what and AT+T Passport phone plan is but the best thing to do is just get a pay as you go when you get here. Get a Saudi or expat Iqama holding colleague to buy you a SIM. You will need to know their ID number for later top-ups. STC probably have the most outlets, although I just found out that if you are with Mobily you get free wifi in a lot of the malls.

You need an Iqama or get someone with an Iqama to get the SIM for you.
