Can I cash a 'Chickens Neck' in Dirhams?
My company have given me expenses cheque in Dirhams - which makes sense as all my receipts are in local currency. Can I cash this anywhere without having a local bank account.

you can cash it in any branch of the bank that issued the cheque.

As long as it hasn't been stamped "Payee Acc Only" - I ran into this problem the other day and had to end up getting the cheque reissued in my husband's company name as I don't have an account of my own and the bank couldn't cash it with the Payee Account Only stamp.
