Camera with flashing orange LEDs

Only seen one of these so far (on Al Khail, heading South), a small CCTV type looking camera quite high up on a slender while pole, it has very fast blinking orange LEDS under the camera. Anyone any idea what it is? The much talked about tailgating camera or a road traffic monitor?

Not yet. Going to put on the bra thing and have it on my shoulder soon though.

I've seen these cameras, too close to (next to) speed camera for me to think it's another one though?

but only classed as tailgating if you are less than 5m.
