Banana Cake is one of my specialities. Been using same recipe for over 20 years. BC will testify that it's a good one.

No ARTE at Times Square this month, but we're back on 14th September.

I don't often eat cakes, but this week I saw what looked like a lovely Swiss Roll, just like my mother used to make. However when I attacked it not only was the jam exceptionally sweet but the cake mixture must have been 90% sugar! Gave it away..........

So what's your favourite cake?
Plain simple Strawberry Cheescake for me.

Snowball did make me smile, with the filthy connotations that induced, maybe its just me as no one else commented!

Who are you, Potter? Clearly it's a biscuit. And a miserable one at that.

Biscuits go soft when stale, and cakes go hard. Jaffa cakes go hard. Apparently some dull taxation case proved this uninteresting fact.

Most probably because nobody actually likes them. Just thinking about them makes me feel mildly sick.

Chocolate and orange should never be put together - don't interfere with the chocolate.

Classic example of vomit inducing evil chocolate orange combo = Terry's chocolate orange

No - HMRC thought the name was a tax dodge. Thankfully the courts disagreed - see above post.
