Well it is the Mail, but back in the 90s I never heard about butt implants being talked about in the media but since 00s, it has certainly got considerably more air time.

On a side note, how big/popular is plastic surgery in the Gulf? The mail article mentions that Brazil is big on plastic surgery and from reading articles, nose jobs are very popular in Iran.

These rather unattractive knickers are also available widely on the market in the west and here! They do give your butt a better shape ( if you have a flat sagging bum)and handy if your going skiing/heavy nightout and prone to falling over!

From the girls I've seen here plastic surgery is very popular cetainly with the Lebanese, most popular surgeries I would guess from what I have seen are boob jobs and plumped up lips and bad facelifts!

I used to live in Brazil and butt implants are seriously big business there - much more popular than breast implants by a long way.

Yeah I had read that plastic surgery was very popular in Beirut. I'm surprised the Lebanese don't own all the hair gel and mousse makers.

I noticed when I lived in AD, the local women used a lot of makeup and perfume.

And very strong perfume at that, but then if you cant talk to a man and the majority of your face is covered how do you attract a man- strong perfume, and strong eye make up seems to be the way to go, and high heels! - having said that the guys dowse themselves in strong aftershave too! I've been choked many times walking around MOE when the waft/stench of Old Spice fills your lungs. cough cough
