Busy Bee - I need you! Al Rahba RTA centre

Hi - Anyone know where the RTA centre at Al Rahba is? is it just at the ADNOC on the highway?

Also... I tried to put an AD registered car onto Export plates at the Tasjeel by MOE this evening... failed. Can I do it at the government centre next door?

Thanks buzzer. I managed to sort it in Dubai this morning through a combination of begging and bribing with toffees

sorry i didnt scroll down and missed it.... must remember the toffees, does it then glue their mouths shut so they cant do anything :D
