under construction frame - top few floors fully ablaze.

Who'd be a fully suited up fire fighter in this weather? Actually hope they aren't fasting

this happens quite often here, at least its a building under construction, saw a fire the other week outside of mushrif mall, that was a small apartment block or villas.
