Alpha Dog is worth a watch. Actually very good.

RED was shite, as was the Sixth Sense.

Lots in there I haven't seen though. Bruce night it is (once I've finished series two of I'm Alan Partridge)

Unrealistic dross. Shame on you Deano.

BTW there is a new sports bar nearby...I rate it higher than Nezzas because the service is good, they do PORK bacon burgers and pulled PORK baguettes and you can smoke upstairs in it....oh and the TVs are ****ing incredible.

It's in the new JW MArriott (looks like Optimus Prime's legs) on SZR in Business Bay. Worth a visit, bar is called Velocity and you think you're in Tron or something when you walk in.

Half-way-competent bad guys would have killed Willis inside the first 20 minutes...........

Yeah, because movies are known for being realistic ;)

No shame at all in being taken in by The Sixth Sense on first viewing. It's kind of become obligatory in some circles to insist that the twist was obvious and you could always see it coming, but it really wasn't and most people didn't. The whole movie was very cleverly put together.

That said, once you've seen it twice (it's worth a second watch once you know the twist, because you get such a different take on lots of key scenes), it doesn't have much rewatchability. And just about everything else Shyalaman has done has been shit.

Yeah that's all true.

I just didn't enjoy. The kid took weird to all new levels and I get bored of Bruce doing a squinty eyed stare and hoarse quiet voice.

That being said, 16 Blocks was a good watch
