Breaking News - New UAE Terror Threat
The US consulate in Dubai will be closed today in response to "security information", according to the American embassy in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
"Based on security information specific to the Consulate General provided by Dubai authorities, the US Consulate General in Dubai will be closed to the public on January 21, 2009," said an embassy statement sent to US citizens.
"This includes the suspension of routine American citizen services and visa interviews."
Obviously it has something to do with the events of yesterday but I fail to see what the link is, does anyone else have more info?

Did you notice at the inauguration that they introduced President Bush as "George Walker Bush" but introduced Obama as "Barack. H. Obama"..they couldn't bring themselves to say the name Hussein !

Nah, that'd be at Obama's request.
GWB is called George Walker Bush because that's what he wanted. GWHB was regularly known as George Herbert Walker Bush. But both Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter only went by two names.
Since Obama rarely uses the middle name as part of the regular usage of his name, there's no point in addressing him Hussein.
