Announced on Radio 2 early yesterday morning, Bon Jovi are playing Abu Dhabi on 20th May, although I have forgotten the location.

Tickets are on sale next week, but did anybody hear the announcement, especially the venue?

We have not been to Abu Dhabi yet, how long does it take to get down there, especially on a Tuesday night?

They are playing at Emirates Palace. I'll definitely be going :thumbup:

Thanks Chris. How easy is it to get to Emirates Palace from Dubai, bearing in mind I have not ventured to that part of the world before

It is probably one of the easiest places to get too. It is very well signposted and once you are in Abu Dhabi everyone knows where it is. Just head towards the Marina and you can't miss it.
You just have to be careful where you park. We parked too far away for the Elton John concert and had to walk miles (wasn't good as I was on crutches!)

I'm just checking out the website and trying to find out how to buy tickets. I imagine they will go fast.

God, it never rains but it pours.....

Yesterday was offered an all-expenses to the Champions League final in Moscow on May 21st and now Im gonna miss my hattrick of Bon Jovi concerts....

God, I feel old... Just realised that would have meant I saw them once in the 80's, again in the 90's and this would have made it once a decade........

And I am halfway around the ****** world when thay both happen........:curse::curse:
