Dancing - in any form - is the most pointless exercise in the history of the planet.
Trust me - I know. My UK home is close to the birthplace of morris dancing....

rubbish, I've spent many a night back in the day at raves or massive warehouse parties dancing for 7 or 8 hours straight, bloody great stuff.
