Have just had to come on here via vpn as BE ME shows up as blocked.

Has someone complained regarding the open and rational views sometimes displayed?

It's not blocked here in Dubai (I am using Du for access)

Apparently most things were blocked at some point this morning, someone must have hit the wrong key at Etisalat HQ.

This happened on Friday, Etisalat by mistake blocked alot of sites. It was around 4-8pm approx. It was cleared on the same day.
No idea what happened.
