Bloody hell, scamp. You haven't been to Barracuda yet?

I wonder, is that old Russian cargo plane still parked by the side of the road? Oh, and Dreamland (IIRC) water park...with the pool bar...is that still open?

Scrap with yourself?

I bet you, the first pint, that you can't down 3 pints for breakfast one day.

PS: Love the fact a thread about a giant gate turned into a booze discussion at post #2.

Had to do 5 pints for breakfast on my 30th. Lost a bet and cost me a 200 euro tab too......that was a messy day in an epic swillpit, Hamburg.

Nah, never needed to.

Don't drink loads at home and I had about 6 flights last year so just stocked up on each trip :)

That is an arch. No doors.

On that basis, the DIFC Gate building must be the biggest.

What about that big metal arch in Atlanta?

That's the same as the gate building...ie: an arch.

Or the Champs Elysee?

What do you mean if?

If you live in Dubai or AD, you don't have a choice.

All still there (well, they were at the end of June when I was last there).

Yes and yes, although nothing could induce me to go to Dreamland, even though they often have 'deals' on. Looks like a less classy Butlins and the sea looks foul.
Barracuda had a sweet deal on Kronenbourg 1664 beer last time I went, buy 3 cases at 80 each and get 1 free. 160 for 3 cases compared to MMI price of 120 for 1. Also if you blow over 1000 you get a free gift, some other kind of alcohol.
Can you tell I'm a sweatie?

Re: Big Gate

Millhouse, I would say no, a gate door is still a gate door whether it be attached to a gate or not, however if it is used for a different purpose does it become something else....
