Hmm, I was under the impression that crime rates were very low here- so why need the intrusive cctv? If there is low crime then surely they must just be doing it to become a nanny state and actually spy on the people that live here!
And surely when locals are allowed to black out there windows so much more than expats this is clearly directed at keeping the masses under control whilst the locals can continue to do as they please?
