People that commit these sorts of crimes really are the scum of the earth.
The bit where it says that poor boy called for his mother after he'd been stabbed is heartbreaking.
The b**tards deserve to be locked up, it's just a shame it's such a waste of taxpayers money. They'll probably be out in a few years too, having learnt new criminal 'skills' in prison.

Re: Beware of Pretty Girls...
I read this article, this morning. Absolutely terrible.
It makes me sick to the stomach that I'm living in a country, where children are brought up in surroundings where this behaviour is obviously viewed as acceptable.
I'm only 21, and I look back 5 years (not long ago)... I would never have considered doing ANYTHING like that, neither would any of my friends. However, look at my little sisters year group in school... who is 7 years younger - the kids all seem pure evil. They fight, they spit, they swear, they sit down in the middle of roads and stop the traffic from moving. All things because they think they're untouchable.
It's gang culture on the rise, and for some reason... these kids think it's wholly acceptable to stab someone (whether or not they mean to kill the person) to settle a dispute.
One day, one of these people are going to be running the country......

Re: Beware of Pretty Girls...
Unfortunately, since I finished my GCSE's and left school in 1995, things have been going this way. Gang culture and using weapons as violence has been on a steady rise since 1996. I know a few people that have been stabbed/ glassed/ and beaten to death with samurai swords and baseball bats with nails in them. All this in London too.
This is not new and will continue until parents start teaching their kids, with force if they have to, that respect is earned through good deeds and not scaring people.
That girl who lured the boy, must pay, she is pure evil and must be sentenced to life without parole.
No sentence however, is ever going to be enough for the victim or his family.

Brothers Tyrell Ellis, 19, and Don-Carlos Ellis, 18, from Thornton Heath, were also convicted of murder, together with Andrew Johnson-Haynes, a 18-year-old former public schoolboy from Croydon who played rugby for London Irish.

Must have got in with the wrong crowd - shame though to ruin a promising rugby career with one of the major clubs.
