Best WINDOWS OS mobile phone?

I used to have T-mobile's MDA Vario 2 which I left in a cab when i first got here and never saw the sight of it again.

I thought the vario 2 with the Querty Key pad was Brilliant and did everything i wanted it to do....moreso a perfect tool for business on the go.

I hope someone can suggest something new in the market....doesnt necessarily have to be the latest of the bunch but must incl. the following at a reasonable price....something too expensive could be at risk since im used to leaving things around and not seeing them again:

1. Windows OS (with microsoft applications, word, excel, etc)
2. Touch Screen
3. Querty Keypad (preferably "Slide")
4. Microsoft outlook sync compatible
5. Wifi
6. Bluetooth
7. Decent MP Camera
8. And maybe something more which may be new to me but useful.

Thanks in Advance

p.s. If anyone is selling this particular type of phone, im open to second handings.

If gay is happy, windows definitely puts a smile on my face. Iphones are great but Windows allows sharing work files using various applications from the PC...something that is very BENEFICIAL.
