Bent bumper

Someone's dinged my front wheel arch - didn't notice it until I'd left where ever it happened and as there's no other car can't use the app to report.

Do i just need to go park it somewhere and call the cops? I don't think i can get it straightened out without a report....

I believe you don't need to file a polic report provided you tell the repairing garage you clipped a wall or something. Alternatively, you can ask around for a no-questions asked garage, or you can also just file the police report (but significant hassle for zero benefit).

A police report will also involve being fined 400 for the temerity of involving them and not having the guilty party to hand.
