I think my Englishness has waned to be honest. The people I work with reckon I have Lebanese blood in me somewhere . . . Obviously been here too long! Was in a shop recently and pointed out something to the family and said 'oh, that's nice' at which point daughter (14) said 'Mum, you need to go home' . . . It was a bit blingy I must admit.
