Watched 'knowing' yesterday.

I don't know why I pay to go to the cinema as it is always dissapointing.
OK - knowing wasn't bad but it wasn't worth paying 60dhs for us to watch something we can watch for 10dhs on DVD next month.

That and putting up with inconsiderate phone users during the movie.

Was anyone disspointed with the last indiana movie going all sci-fi at the end? warning - although more appropriate - knowing does the same.

Just back from watching the taking of Pelham 123 in the mall of emirates.

The Missus thought it was absolute crap but i thought it was reasonable. (ok, pretty boring but better than watching corrie/eastenders/emmerdale)

Good cast though. (john travolta, denzel washington)

Anyone been to the "Gold Class" in MOE cinema? Sooooper!!!

As for movies...'Life Before her eyes' wasnt bad oh and the museum one was quite funny! Although, nothing 'cinematic' about either of the two..better to watch at home!

Gold class is pretty good.

It was full yesterday. Thats what i get for sitting in Apres in the mall until the last minute to buy the tickets is suppose.

inconsiderate, rude, arrogant. I dont know why they bother to go and watch a movie, when they spend half the time on the phone.

I will not see a movie in AD unless its showing in Gold Class, there is no point going otherwise

So what does Gold Class service provide and for how much?

Think its 100dhs. Gets you a business class type seat (2 together) You can order food to your seat............... and, well thats about it. But its comfy and less people in the cinema (maybe around 40 seats?)

You can still get the pests with phones there also though

Its 100 dhs a ticket not cheap i know but worth it. Massive chairs, that recline. Drinks, popcorn delivered to your seat, yr own little table. Very nice.

if you pay extra at DFC you know what you get? A seat on the back row that reclines.

That's it.

And it's twice as much.

And it hurts your back.
