I got the Burger Press in Lakeland which is the big kitchen untensils shop in UK. I dont know if there will be one anywhere in Emirates if not then a shop similar you might find one. They even come with the greaseproof paper to put between them so they dont stick

you can use the george foreman grills as well... they're really good for home made burgers
