Battleship
Noise louder than Spinal Tap's 11. Daft storyline, something like Independence Day meets Transformers, Rhianna needed a good tousling by an alien though. The CGI saves it though. Go and see it if you're a boy's toy kinda bloke, otherwise....

Anyone seen Speilberg's TinTin? Heard it was not good. Dam shame as I loved the comics . Used to read it in the car on the way to school. Saw many of animated episodes too.

Re: Battleship
They have basically meshed together three comics into one story line seamlessly. It is meant to be a 3D movie, but we enjoyed it nonetheless.

Battleship is a 2012 American science fiction action naval war film based on the game of the same name.
I guess it's not too literal in its translation. Hasbro funded it.

Not sure. But I wouldn't put it past the writers in Hollywood as they scrape the bowels of their imagination. Personally, I think Scrabble the movie could be a success, maybe followed by Sudoko. I'd expect them to be film noir.
