Death in comics is like being in a comma in soup operas, you can always get out of it and have the leading role back at any time. They can resurrect him same thing as they did with Superman. Or you could find a new one who could be his son or something "Little Batman Jr".

well bobby ewing died and was resurected, he was in a shower, and pam his wife dreamt a fantastic life, so if it can happen in soaps, it can happen in comics,
