Barracuda - delivery?

Barracuda - delivery?
Does anyone know if this exists? Heard of delivery a few years ago but not heard recently...
Does anyone actually get deliveries or know if this does work?
Cheers.

Why not just go up there yourself/yourselves? Room rates are coming down now that Easter is over as well if you fancy a night away. If not, and depending upon where in Dubai you are, a trip up the Bypass makes the journey nice and easy, if not a little boring. Just make sure you have petrol - about the only places you can fill up in RAK are ADNOC stations. There is a relatively new ADNOC station on Emirates Road, though, just after you join it from the Bypass and before you turn off to head towards Dreamland/Barracuda.
Went to MMI by Al Hamra about ten days' ago to top up supplies and, by chance, happened to fill our loyalty card. Result? A magnum of Ruinart Champagne. Could have had a litre of 18yr old Glen Morangie instead but Mrs hnd has a taste for fizz and I don't like GM anyway.

I would, as I have done for the last 8 years, however due to achilles tendon reconstruction surgery booked for next week and that I've been on crutches for the last month and will have another 2 months until I can drive again and my good wife doesn't drive and I'm not keen on burdening friends....
was just looking for an alternative!
(but thanks for the detailed response)

There is even a tax-free alcohol store at Spinneys these days...unfortunately, it's the one opposite RAK Ceramics.
