Should actually be "her and me in my bed". Drop out either of her or me and it should still make sense. So: "her in my bed" or "me in my bed". You wouldn't say "I in my bed", so merely adding another person (always a nice thing) wouldn't change the pronoun.

"She and I went hammer and tongs" is correct.
"Imagine her and me in bed" is correct (although extremely unpleasant--the image, that is).
