Bahrain rent increase
Does anyone out there know for sure what the rules are re rent increases for Bahrain?
Ours went up by 30% and we signed a new agreement because we had nowhere to go at such short notice.
We are moving and LL says we must pay the full year.
I think we have a get out because of the rats and the condition of the compound.
Any advice would be wellcome.
