Autoblog ; video of Dubai hoonery
http://www.autoblog.com/2010/05/21/v...dubai-traffic/ I've seen the videos of hoonage from SA but those seem to be on roads with little other traffic. |

Beats the boredom of the M25.
When I first lived in Saudi I perfected my handbrake turns. But how d'you get a car up on 2 wheels in the first place? |

Now it is a while since i was last in Dubai by the dump.!!! Butttt i thought the SK Z Road was littered every couple of hundred meters by speed cameras, ???
or these cameras only catch people speeding and not having fun. |
Re: Autoblog ; video of Dubai hoonery
I can't imagine its very good for your car! This video has been doing the rounds a fair bit, surely the police could get the number plates from this? Personally I think keeping this on private or closed roads would be a better idea, but on busy routes used by Jo Public the captain sensible inside me does think its a really dumbarse thing to do!

Re: Autoblog ; video of Dubai hoonery
The numbers are clearly visible which means- it's someone laying down the gauntlet (unlikely)
or they've swapped the plates with their mates whose cars are totally different. Anyway- how old is this video? Is it truly a response to the announcement of the new clampdown? Or a resurfacign of an old tape? |

I have a Pajero... taking that on a track wouldn't be described as enjoyable (nor is driving it on the road come to think of it) |
