My iTunes is UK and I run the box through my VPN.
Channel 5 hasn't ever worked to be honest, it just doesn't load anything. BBC and ITV are dreamy though.

Channel 5 is the chav channel bargain loving Brits in the sun and all that haha

Oh god, it's atrocious but there's occasionally something on there that is stimulating, intellectually challenging, cultural and going to provoke deep thought............like Celebs Go Camping.
