We've got them on 30 days here , bank guarantee or cash upfront , they don't like it one bit , " Yanni , this is not the way to do business "..... It is when you're not going to pay me my good friend !!

They've got a warped illusion that we should give them the concrete for free , i'll pay you when the client pays me scenario , we'd rather stand the fleet up than chase money .

There's a few operators gonna go pop here within 12 months , they're burning cash .

We quoted for a 1.4 million m3 project a while ago and we were nowhere near the price . One of the more 'lesser quality ' concrete companies from the U.A.E got the job on a break even price.

Break even on 1.4 million m3 over 3 years , fu** me they're either desperate or insane , i think both , guaranteed loss on that project big time , that's without factoring in you're tied in with a Chinese contractor with the scruples of a Serbian Paratrooper !

There's no gold rush down here , the big money has been made over the last 10 years.
