I was told by a girl with a pronounced Brooklyn accent that my accent was adorable and I sounded just like The Beatles  I was so surprised that I forgot to be insulted.

For those who haven't spoken to me I'm rather Home Counties RP, far from a Scouser.

I have now got into the habit (or should that be 'Gotten the Habit') of actually spelling Date Formats! - Thursday 21 July 2011

Apparently some Americans do not attend regular meetings unless they receive an MS Outlook 'Meeting Invite!' - Shouldn't that be 'Meeting Invitation?' - It just goes to prove that they have not read the Minutes of the Previous Meeting, which informs them of the Date, Time, and Venue of the next meeting.

Don't get me going on having to reformat so many documents on 'Alien Page Formats!' What is wrong with A4 and A3!

I'd bet if you looked at every American message board on the internet that you'd not find even one thread complaining about how the british communicate with eachother. Take from that what you will, but I believe it's because they just couldn't possibly care less about you.
