Hope she still gets charged with the original offence....

Seriously thou, this is pretty horrific stuff, the policeman should go down for a long time...

cant believe after all that his lawyers are trying the 'she just fell guv, honest'

An interesting video but not wholly conclusive. She could easily have inflicted the injuries by falling badly. Why didn't they check his fists for evidence? Nobody in authority watches CSI on TV it seems.

Could quite easily happen shes being a complete pain and if she fell whilst cuffed her face would hit the floor or a door etc. which could easily result in such bruising.

whatever happens to the cop she should be prosecuted for resisting!

Officer Wiley Willis was on paid administrative leave from Nov. 17 until he met with the police chief Feb. 5 for a predisciplinary conference, according to police. At that time the officer was terminated for failure to follow departmental policies and procedures during the events leading to 42-year-old Angela Garbarino getting injured while being processed for drunken driving.

She of course is now suing for a few trillion dollars
