Oh I'm not disagreeing, I'm just saying the legal side is stitched up tight.

I'd think anywhere were you have a land border such as those in the ME thinks often slip in and out.

I know when I lived in Kuwait we often technically ended up across the border in Saudi when we were working on one site.
