I returned it to my neighbour's front door. He had to climb over all his rubbish to get out of his house. I told him (and security) it was me that did it, and that I would continue to do so until he started using the chute. 2 days and the problem was resolved.

I have my suspicions as to who it was, but unfortunately the only thing with a potential address was an amazon box, it was however underneath the bag of nappies. The rest was just the usual shopping bags of rubbish with no receipts obvious.
Good tip to let security know as well though, I like that.
