Alcohol free? They can all be that if you don't want to drink. (Heaven knows why not!)
Time Out lists them all, so best have a look in there. Info on line too.
From memory Sloanes at Grosvenor House does a lovely brunch that does not include alcohol.

The India Palace Restaurant at either Garhoud or Festival City do a really nice buffet spread for Dhs50 at the weekends. Many of the posh Indian families attend in their best frocks (not the guys obviously) and they don't charge for under-6y olds, but you may have to reserve a table.

I have never done a brunch...but I know a lot of people from school go to More for it...think you can either do the normal menu or do a buffet...seem to remember it being 90dhs...give them a call..
