Tragically this is probably a good thing.

The Saudis will go nuts about this as will the rest of the gcc, I suspect the U.S. Has already had a call either to demand action or to approve it

Sunni backers in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere. Given that the mosque that was attacked in Al-Qatif was Shia it will be interesting to see the Saudi response.

ISIS is certainly being bankrolled by someone - and not by Zakat-payers in Iraq and Syria.

My guess is that it's more complicated than that. They are able to bank roll themselves to some extent now and that's the problem. That and their ability to get free arms from the Americans via the Iraqi army.

They are making about $3 million a day in oil sales
At this point they are now the richest and best funded terror group in history. Even the Saudi aid they were getting is chicken feed at this stage.

The Rotary Club ? The Elks ? The Zionists ? There is something very strange going on. How are they engaging in international trade. This region is a net importer of foodid and other resources. How are imports getting there ?

The Saudis must secretly be happy but if only they could be very sure ISIS wouldn't threaten the Al Sauds.

you think the Zionists (by which I assume you mean Israel) is buying oil from ISIS?

Same way saddam sold oil.

The world is full of traders who don't care who they buy from or sanctions and there are plenty of buyers who don't ask questions.

Once it's in a boat and headed somewhere who the **** knows where it came from, it's even easier when it's 0's and 1's that are being sold

How are they getting it to the port terminal though; the Shia control the access to the Persian Gulf and Iran isn't going to help ISIS, so it comes down to Turkey turning a blind eye and letting tanker trucks transporting oil bought from ISIS.

I am just having a hard time believing ISIS could sell large quantities of oil to foreign buyers without Turkish help.

Syria and Turkey from what I read

Never underestimate the level of corruption in the world and the amount of bribes oil can cover. A
