Default Al Manzil Hotel, Old Town

Just stayed there last night. My room is beautiful. Had a nice beer in the sports bar.

Room looks out over the burj.
All in all, I recommend it

Room rate 345AED....

Wouldn't get a tent in AD for that

Which is correct. Great bar and usually a pretty good atmosphere for the big games...plus it puts rugby ahead of everything else.

My folks stayed at the Al Manzil and also enjoyed it......plus you can sit outside during the summer in their courtyard to eat/smoke shisha and it is nicely cooled by external AC units (NB. Huge carbon footprint).

Will you still be there on Saturday for the Tri-nations? Should be a good atmosphere.
