Does anyone know why there is only one of the three o'clock premier league games live on today.

Re: Al Jazeera sports today.
Been discussed before, sky are upset that people (probably scousers and pikies) are using AJS cards in their boxes, so only one 3pm saturday can be shown live, all other games are unaffected.
And while we're on about the PL,
Cabaye...............

Re: Al Jazeera sports today.
Has anyone tried getting a refund as AJS sport was sold as 'showing every EPL game live' which obviously is not the case.

Re: Al Jazeera sports today.
Until they change the card and decoders they use you will only get 1 game.

Re: Al Jazeera sports today.
I think the Al Jazeera service is pretty poor - on my box I can never see what is coming up (only the show that is on now) and it's all rather Mickey Mouse......

They said there will be a new box in January but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Re: Al Jazeera sports today.
I have to say I've been underwhelmed with it as well. It seems to be a low grade version of Sky Sports from a few years ago with Keys and Gray there to prop it up. There was a segment yesterday where a 'pretty women' spent about 5 mins reading out the which games where on and a on which channel. Two problems with this, she wasn't very pretty and reading wasn't her forte. Even when all the games were on they would be some shown on a number of channels but without any commentary in English.
As for reducing the number of games on live on Saturday, they've essentially stripped the service back by half or more with no warning, little explanation, no timescale for improvement and no reduction in cost. Chances of a refund…zero. I’m seriously thinking of just cancelling.

The real issue is that broadcasters, not just of sport, have been so slow to realise they’re now operating in a global market which is increasingly online, and border free. Sooner or later they’ll have to stop trying to fight it, embrace it and find ways to commercialise online streaming and downloading.

That's a terrible idea, and not something that had crossed my mind even for a second.
