At the toon it looks like A*hley's got his own money making schemes in mind with the clubs current transfer policy, get some players in with 'potential' for next to nowt, if they turn out to be any good get them signed up to as long a contract as poss (Tiote), setting them up for big transfer fee pay day to line his big fat f*****g pockets.
