After a month long vacation and checking out the board strange to see the a new sticky advertising British good shops. Strange ive not thought about any UK food items ive missed in Kuwait - even saw Iron Bru in Sultan centre !!

I see a decent amount of British food at Spinneys and Waitrose but can't bring myself to pay the 5x cost!

Wine gums. Never seen them here. Is it the name and the implication of alcohol? Is there pork product in them?

Ah right. Funnily enough I've seen Easter eggs in Spinneys and Hot Cross (not Crescent) buns in Park 'n' Rob.
Easter eggs? Or branded as chocolate eggs as seems to be the case here in UK st the moment. The only ones I’ve seen with the words ‘Easter Egg’ are the Cadbury ones. |
