Are AD having bigger fireworks than Dubai tonight?
My AD based matey told me the whole island opposite the Corniche is to be lit up brighter than the palm in a world record beating display which will be 45 mins long and cost millions more than the Atlantis fireworks?
Can anyone clarify this?

Just read it in Gulf News, I'd like to go but doubt i'll make it from Dubai in time.

...I think the Atlantis opening fireworks on Palm Jumeirah were far more spectacular.
