AD Govt employees, living in DXB ....
 

Has anyone heard any more news on this topic?

I live and endure the drive the daily DXB to AD wacky race reasonably happily and am happy-ish in a 'better the devil you know' kind of employment situ.

Since the 'announcement' last Sept additional news/ advice on the new 'you have to live in AD if you want to continue working for AD govt rules' have been predictably non forthcoming .......

My CV is currently undertaking an overhaul .... but in the meantime my head is firmly sand planted in the hope the new 'rule' is deferred.

Would love to hear if anyone has heard anything on the juice vine......

there have been a lot of people who have had to move from dxb to auh because of this rule, so it is happening... just maybe slowly.

Yes, I have two friends and a few clients (mostly Etihad) who have had to move to AD because of this ruling :(
