Hmm, I don't believe any of these conspiracy theories myself, however Larry Silverstein's "Pull 'em" comment has never been adequately explained in my view...

How about the scripted way that guy talks?
Its rehearsed. "Mostly due to structural failure because the fire was just too intense". They are putting it in our heads from the start. Subliminal.

ok, so let's indulge ourselves for a second and say that it is a conspiracy but groups-unknown... what and how will that make a difference? the US has a new administration, fundamentalist islam is becoming more marginalized, the US now is (at least in words) declaring that there is a world outside their borders, and no ones got any stability (financially) to go looking for a fight.
this one'll go the way of the JFK assassination - indulged by the few with too much time on their hands (AnotherWorld - sorry!
